The Editorial Board of the Eurasian Journal of Physics and Functional Materials would like to draw your attention to important information regarding the delivery of automated email notifications from the journal's website.
Due to technical restrictions imposed by email service providers such as mail.ru, yandex.ru, bk.ru, and other services within the Mail Group ecosystem, users may experience significant issues with email delivery, including:

Emails not being delivered at all;

Emails being automatically redirected to the "Spam" or "Trash" folders;

Disruptions in communication during manuscript submission, peer review, and editorial correspondence.
These issues are primarily caused by strict email filtering policies that may block automated notifications sent through Open Journal Systems (OJS), the platform used by our journal.
To ensure reliable communication, we strongly recommend the following:

Use institutional email addresses when registering on the journal's platform (e.g., @enu.kz, @edu.kz, @kaznu.kz, etc.).

Alternatively, use Gmail addresses (@gmail.com), which generally receive system-generated notifications without issues.

Avoid registering with email addresses ending in the following domains:

@mail.ru

@yandex.ru

@bk.ru

@inbox.ru

@list.ru

If you have already registered using one of the above email services, we strongly encourage you to update your email address in your user profile on the journal's platform.
